How Can I Order an Ad?
Email us at to reserve a spot in the book. You will
need to inform us what type of ad you are placing, what size, and how you will be submitting your ad. Also include any relevant contact information (phone number, email) we may need to get a hold of you for any ad related issues.
Advertising payments can be made by check, money order, or cashier's check.
All checks can be made payable to "AWA" or "Anime Weekend Atlanta".

Advertising Guidelines and Specifications
AWA prides itself on being a family friendly convention. When planning your ad please keep this in mind. If AWA deems your ad violates this standard we will ask you to submit new artwork.
Digital Submissions
| - | Art can be submitted in Photoshop or Acrobat, JPEG or TIFF formats. We recommend that you try to keep to Acrobat PDF, JPEG or TIFF to avoid font or platform issues. Please speak with us before submitting. |
| - | Please declare your specs and submissions formats when making a reservation. |
| - | Digital files can be submitted via CD, IBM PC formatted- ISO9660 or Joliet format preferred. |
| - | Digital files may also be submitted via email or ftp. (Information for this option will be provided upon request) |
| - | For best results, artwork should be rendered at 300-350 dpi at the size it is intended to reproduce in the book. |
| - | Color artwork must be rendered in CMYK. We do not accept RGB color files. |
| - | Please send a hardcopy proof of your image. |
| - | We strongly suggest that you provide all artwork on disk. This allows you to have full control over your image,and to assure proper results. |
| - | Avoid sending original artwork; art will not be returned. |
| - | Artwork that requires scanning, touchup, or edit work will be subject to additional fees. |
| - | Full Page Ads (Full Bleed) - Your working area is 8 x 10.5 inches. For a full bleed image, assume a .5 -inch margin on all sides, and an additional .125 of an inch on all sides for trimming. Your final image needs to be 8.75x11.25 |
| - | Full Page Ads (No Bleed) - Your entire image must stay within 8.5x11, with a usable image size of 8x10.5. |
| - | Half Page Ads - This ad is 8.5x5.5 inches, but your working space is only 8x5. Full bleed is not available. |
