In order to submit your work to Art Show you'll have to fill out these forms:

The Art Show Control Sheet is used to help the artist log their work in and out of Art Show. It helps us internally to keep up with what has sold and how much wee need to pay each artist.

The Artwork Bid Sheet(s) are required to be attached to any piece entering Art Show, for sale or not. If an item is not to be sold, it should be marked as "NFS" rather than any dollar amount.

PLEASE NOTE: Fan Art cannot be sold in Art Show and MUST be marked "NFS".
