AWA MembershipMembership to AWA is admission to the convention.
This gives you access to all events (except the AWA Ball and any other events that require a ticket purchase) during the time you are at the convention.
Pre-Registered Memberships can be purchased online or by mail using a downladable PDF file. They are cheaper to purchase than Walk-In Memberships. Pre-Registered Memberships are for all three days of the convention. One and Two day pre-registered memberships are not available.
Walk-In Memberships are purchased at the convention. They are not available online or by mail. Walk-In Memberships can be purchased for a single day, two days or all three days of the convention.

Registration Operating Hours (Hours subject to change)
Badge Pickup AWA Badges can be picked up at Registration at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel during the Registration Operating Hours. Registration is located on the second floor of the hotel in the Garden Court.
Badge Pickup for Group Memberships Group badges can only be picked up by the Group Contact Person (The one who paid for the Group membership, also known as the Primary Attendee). From there, the contact person distributes it to the group members. If a group member arrives before the contact person, they will not be able pick up their own badge at Registration, so please pick your contact person carefully.
Not able to make it to AWA after you have pre-registered? You can cancel your membership. The instructions on how to do so are here. You can request a transfer of your membership to next year's AWA or a refund. Contact us at info@awa-con.com . Early Start badges can not be refunded/transfered after they have been mailed.
